About AyloCare – Empowering Therapists Through Technology
AyloCare is a practice management and digital office platform built for mental health professionals: psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists. We give practitioners the tools to run and grow their own practice under their own name, not ours: scheduling, client communication, session notes, online presence and much more, all in one place.
We are a team of three co-founders, two engineers and a licensed psychologist, with a working product ready to scale. We are now looking for the person who is going to build our commercial engine from the ground up.
What this role actually looks like day to day
- Identify and reach out to potential customers eg. psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and private clinics, through LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach. You write the messages. You hit send. You follow up.
- Run short discovery and demo calls with prospects and convert them into paying users. Most private practices work afternoons and evenings, ideally you should also have an availability window during mornings or middays.
- Build a pipeline from scratch: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, close.
- Drive growth across multiple markets: Greece to start, then Europe, Middle East and beyond.
- Feed what you learn back to the team constantly: what objections come up, what resonates, what the market wants. Your field intelligence shapes the product.
Who we are looking for
- High energy and high accountability. You do not wait for things to come to you. You go find them.
- Fluent in English. Greek is a genuine advantage. Every additional language opens another market and directly increases your commission potential.
- Excited about building something from scratch. Not looking for structure, a team to manage, or a playbook handed to you on day one.
- Ability to conduct demos and training sessions to educate clients on product features and ensure successful adoption.
- Based in Europe, any country.
What We Offer
There is no base salary at this stage. We are transparent about that. What we offer instead is real ownership and direct financial upside tied directly to your results.
- Equity: up to 7%, unlocked by growth milestones based on number of customers and MRR. Structure to be discussed together.
- Uncapped commission on every customer you bring in, structured to reflect market dynamics across Greece, Europe, and international markets. No ceiling.
- Remote & flexible: part-time to start, with hours to be discussed based on your availability. As AyloCare grows, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time, senior position.
What this role is not
- A role where leads come to you. You generate them.
- A strategic or consulting engagement. You are in the field from week one.
- A role for someone who wants to advise, observe, or share ideas without executing.
