AyloCare is a platform that helps you run your practice through your own brand. Instead of sending clients to generic tools and scattered links, you offer them a single, coherent experience that looks and feels like you, from the first visit to your website to every session afterwards.

Most tools are admin-first: appointments, invoices, checklists. Useful, but they often feel cold and generic. AyloCare is identity-first: your brand is visible across the whole client journey, your practice feels like a real place online, and admin tools exist to support your clinical work, not replace it.

It reduces the “mental load” of running a practice: scheduling, client records, notes, files, communication, and billing, all in one place, so you spend less time on admin and more time with clients.

Your clients see a clean and simple experience that you control, typically including booking, reminders, and a secure client area (portal) when needed. Everything is designed to be calm, clear, and aligned with your practice identity.

In many cases, yes. AyloCare supports data migration paths and can help with moving from existing tools depending on what you have (spreadsheets, another system, etc.).

No. AyloCare is designed for therapists, not developers. Setup is designed to be quick: you start with the basics (logo, colors, tone), choose your first use case (booking or portal), and your branded experience improves gradually.

The simplest path is to start a free trial. You'll complete a quick onboarding, set your brand basics, and then you can invite clients, create appointments, and adjust settings as you go.
